Product Features
Insight201H is a high-weather-resistant, high-reflectance black structured FPC solar backsheet developed by our company. It features a three-layer structure utilizing a double-sided coating process. The outer layer (air side) is coated with a proprietary fluorocarbon coating offering superior weather resistance and anti-yellowing properties. The middle layer consists of high-reflectance PET (Polyester) film, which provides excellent insulation and reflectance. The inner layer (EVA side) is coated with a proprietary fluorocarbon coating formulated for optimal adhesion to encapsulant films (EVA). Its reflectance mechanism employs an infrared-transmitting pigment technology: sunlight penetrates the black coating and is reflected back towards the solar cells by the highly reflective substrate.
Product Features:
Fluorocarbon coating on the outer air side provides barrier properties comparable to conventional fluoropolymer films.
Proprietary coating formulations ensure reliable encapsulation performance with superior fluorine content.
Available in two color options: All-Black, or White Interior with Black Exterior.
Storage Conditions:
Backsheets must be stored within the stipulated shelf life period at temperatures ranging from 0°C to below 30°C and relative humidity below 70%. The maximum storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture or as specified by mutual agreement between supplier and purchaser.
