Inshine201H-T (Grid) is a FPC structured "transparent grid" solar cell backsheet developed by our company, featuring high weather resistance, high light transmittance and high cost performance. This backsheet is composed of a three-layer structure and is formed through a coating process. In the three-layer structure of the transparent backsheet, the outermost layer (i.e., the surface in contact with air) is a transparent fluorine coating, the middle layer is polyethylene terephthalate (referred to as PET), and the inner layer is a fluororesin coating. The grid coating of the transparent grid backsheet is printed onto the inner layer of the backsheet according to a certain grid pattern. It is then solidified at a certain temperature.
The principle of the grid coating is to add a reflective fluorine-containing coating in the gap between the solar cells of the module. It can not only effectively protect the inner layer of the backsheet, but also conduct secondary reflection of the light, effectively increasing the amount of light entering the solar cells, thereby enhancing the power generation of the double-sided solar cells. The transparent part enables light to pass through the solar cells normally, achieving the effect of enhancing the power of photovoltaic modules.

Storage conditions:
During the specified storage period, the backsheet should ensure that the temperature is below 30℃, above 0℃, and the humidity is less than 70%. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production or as required by the agreement reached between the supplier and the buyer.
