Product Features
Inshine301Y&Inshine301H are a type of KPC structured solar cell backsheet developed by our company, featuring high weather resistance, water resistance and low water permeability. They are made through a composite + coating process. The outer layer (air surface) is compounded with PVDF film. Its high density provides high wind and sand resistance on the outer side of the module, ensuring the long-term stability of the photovoltaic module. The middle layer is PET polyester film. The PET polyester film provides the main mechanical properties of the backsheet and also has good insulation performance. The inner layer (EVA surface) is coated with a fluorocarbon coating independently developed and having good adhesion to the adhesive film.
The composite KPC backsheet has excellent adaptability in complex environments and can provide long-term stability for photovoltaic modules during use.
Product Features:
The outer air surface is compounded with high-performance PVDF film, providing excellent UV radiation resistance, chemical resistance and wind and sand resistance.
Independently developed coating formula, ensuring packaging performance and superior fluorine content.
High cost performance and easy to repair;
There are three colors available for selection: white, black and transparent.
Storage conditions:
During the specified storage period, the backsheet should ensure that the temperature is below 30℃, above 0℃, and the humidity is less than 70%. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production or as required by the agreement reached between the supplier and the buyer.
